OWNER / CEO
April has a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Upper Iowa
University. April Smith has been a very successful Sales Broker across the state of Wisconsin for 25+
years with extensive business relations, customer experience, hospitality, along with client relationship
building and networking. She has developed skills in customer service, marketing, team leadership,
team building, public speaking, and account management.

OWNER / PRESIDENT
Tyler has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from
Cardinal Stritch University. Tyler has worked in large corporate companies for 35+ years with
experience in hiring, managing, vendor management, negotiations, customer facing experience, project
management, and training employees. Tyler has several years of hospitality experience in the bar and
restaurant industry. He has developed skills in customer service, marketing, team leadership, team
building, public speaking, and account management.

PARTNER / OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT
Les brings many years of experience in the restaurant/bar
industry, providing customer service, public safety, medical training, as well as a trained troubleshooter
in mechanical engineering. Having this
knowledgeable position who can train staff in safety and provide exceptional customer service will be
vital to the success of the business. Not only will this help during the hiring process but bring a strong
knowledge of building maintenance and safety crucial for our employees and customers.

MANAGER
Connor is a graduate from Preble High School in Green Bay, and has attended NWTC for Business Management/ Entrepreneurship. Connor has worked in the food service industry since 2021. During this time Connor has built up valuable experience in the field, including customer service, public speaking, restaurant management, and team management skills.
