Left intentionally hazy and including massive hop additions during fermentation, this beer has a smooth and juicy hop flavor and big tropical aroma. Our Hazy IPA is named after the meaning of the Badger State: Some tales say the word Wisconsin translates to "Grassy Place" hence our tribute to the place we call home.

Everything’s peachy keen with All Day Hazy Peach. The addition of Alora hops give this beer a bright, fruity peach character and aroma. Mildly sweet, wildly juicy, and endlessly drinkable, All Day Hazy Peach brings the seriously juicy vibes.

We loaded this session IPA with fresh guava puree and Zythos hops to bring big tropical flavor and bright pineapple aromas. It's light on bitterness, easy on the palate, and made for another round.

This is very true to the style that originated in Koln (Cologne), Germany. Our Kolsch is unfiltered and cold-conditioned. The result is a beer that is clean and refreshing, with a crisp finish. It is agreeable without being boring; the beer lover’s session ale. (ORIGINAL RELEASE 7/2012)

Easy drinking, a lower 4.9% ABV, very low bitterness, a light blend of tropical fruit, tangerine, lemon, flavors. In "Belgian" tradition, it contains a wheat malt base and coriander spice. We "Americanized" this beer with a hazy IPA yeast which does not carry any "clovelike" flavors and is cleaner and crisper than Belgian Witbier yeast.
